Description
FILAXYNTM endures strength for long-term wound support. FILAXYNTM monofilament synthetic absorbable suture is composed of Poly (p-dioxanone). These sutures are used when prolonged wound support is desirable and the surgeon prefers an absorbable suture.
Indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation where long term wound support is desired
Preferred choice for abdominal wall closure and in immunocompromised/geriatric patients

Indication
FILAXYN sutures are intended for use in general soft tissue approximation including in pediatric cardiovascular tissue, microsurgery and ophthalmic surgery.
